HAWAWSHI RECIPE WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE
Ingredients
- 4 large loaves divided into halves)
- A kilo of minced meat
- 3 large onions, 3 large garlic cloves
- The fruit of a small yellow pepper cut
- The fruit of a small chopped red pepper
- Parsley: tablespoon (rough chopped)
- Green Onion: oud (rings clip)
- Salt, pepper and meat spices
- Hot pepper to taste
- A small hanging sumac, a small spoon of thyme
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- A cup of cheddar cheese

How to prepare:-
1-Shuhi onion and garlic two dimensions for a minute
2-Add colored pepper
3-Turn off the fire, and let the vegetables cool
4-On the raw ground beef, my guest
Salt, pepper, pepper, sumac, thyme, lemon, pomegranate molasses, and my heart and knead it well until the mixture is smooth.
5-Divide the meat into 8 balls
6-Prepare the halves of the loaves and spread them on top with olive oil
7-Distribute each ball in the middle of the loaf
8-Cover it with aluminum and add it to a preheat oven at 180 degrees
9-After the cheddar cheese is leveled, spread the meat on each half of a loaf and return it to the oven for 10 minutes or less without covering
10-Serve hot with green salad
